Review what the email includes

The Settings description lists total watch time, top channels, and submitted searches from the previous seven days. Decide whether receiving that information by email fits the parent’s review routine and account privacy arrangement. Do not assume every caregiver in the household shares the same preference or receives a copy. Confirm which parent account is signed in before changing the setting. A household activity summary can be useful, but it is not a replacement for reviewing a specific record when you need detail.

Change and save the preference

Move the control to the intended On or Off state and choose Save email preference. Wait for Email preference saved before leaving the page. If the preference fails to load, use Try again and read the error rather than assuming the visible default represents the stored choice. The page separates a draft toggle from a saved preference. Avoid repeatedly changing it while a save is still in progress.

Use the summary with appropriate scope

The email concerns PARE’s recorded household activity, not every service a child uses. Keep it within the appropriate caregiver context. The portal also states that the parent can turn the email off from a summary. If delivery or the saved preference seems wrong, contact support from the parent account’s email with a concise description and no private credentials. Do not interpret a missing email by itself as proof that the child had no activity or that the preference was never saved.
