Confirm the account and availability

Check that the parent account belongs to the household you intended to use. PARE’s native app availability and subscription requirements are shown on the current website and pricing page; account creation alone does not grant a testing invitation or start a subscription. If you already purchased through Apple, use the appropriate existing account and restoration workflow in PARE Parent. Do not share Apple credentials with another person to troubleshoot a household access question.

Recheck after the purchase state is resolved

The portal’s access screen provides I subscribed — check again. Use it after completing the intended purchase or restoration step in PARE Parent and read the resulting message. A connection error is different from a confirmed absence of an active plan. If access still appears wrong, note the parent account, app, device, and the message for support without including passwords, child PINs, pairing tokens, or unredacted private information. Avoid paying again merely to see whether another transaction changes the screen.

Keep account options distinct from billing

The locked screen still offers support, sign-out, and account-deletion options. Deleting a PARE account is a separate, consequential action and is not a purchase-restoration tool. The screen explains that Apple subscriptions must be canceled separately through Apple Account settings. Use the current pricing and billing information for your storefront and situation. The useful outcome is confirmed access for the intended household or a clear support investigation, rather than a collection of duplicate accounts and purchases.
